Admissions Process
 

The admissions process at Ave Maria Montessori is designed to help parents determine whether our school would be a good fit for your child and family. Because of the unique nature of the Montessori environement, we generally require parents to tour and observe the environment as part of the admissions and enrollment process. An outline of the process is provided below. Please call us or email for further information.

 

  1. Fill out an information inquiry.

    • Please email or drop off at the office anytime M-Th between the hours of 8:00 and 11:30 am.
       

  2. Schedule a tour.

    • We require parents to come for a brief tour of the Montessori environment. Tour hours are available M-Th between 8:30 and 11:00 am and usually last about 20 minutes. Please call the office to schedule a tour.
       

  3. Schedule an observation.

    • Once you have toured the environment you are asked to come in for an observation. We recommend both parents come to observe the main environment for 30 minutes and the Atrium environment for 30 minutes. Observations are scheduled M-Th from 9:30 to 10:30 am. 
      ​

  4. Meet with the Director.

    • Immediately following your observation you will meet with the director of A.M.M. for an interview and to discuss with her what you observed.  If at that point you are interested in having your child attend Ave Maria Montessori, our director will provide you with an application packet.
